Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days, with most orders shipped within one business day. Gift boxes being sent within the North Island take 3-5 working days to arrive, while South Island deliveries will take between 5-7 working days.
We can try our best, but can’t guarantee a specific delivery date due to the nature of the postal service and different regions.
Unfortunately not at the moment. We are currently only posting within New Zealand. But watch this space!
No, we need a physical delivery address for our gift boxes. Yes, we post to rural addresses although please allow a bit of extra time for this.

No, we are an online only business and do not allow pick-ups (our liquor licence also prohibits this).
Tracking
Tracking details will be provided once your gift box has been sent so you can keep an eye on its journey.
Personalisation
Yes, of course. This is the best bit! We include hand-written notes for that all-important personal touch.
While we don’t have the option for customising a personal gift box, we are happy to swap out an item such as alcohol for a non-alcoholic alternative.
